The McLean team of Steel Valley Investment Group was founded by financial industry veteran Jim McLean. Raised in a Midwest farming community, Jim learned early on about the importance of values such as honesty and integrity, and that trust is something consistently earned by one’s actions. After more than three decades as a financial advisor, Jim still holds these values sacred and lets them be his guide in both his personal and professional life.
Driven by the desire to help ensure that his clients’ needs will be served well into the future, Jim sought to build a bridge for his business by partnering with his daughter, Kelly McLean Rindock. Highly educated and motivated, Kelly brings a new, multigenerational perspective to the team. Kelly has recently been named the Center Valley office Branch Manager. Jim and Kelly collaborate to share their knowledge and capabilities, enabling them to provide clients with seamless financial programs designed to help them achieve their goals.
Their efforts are supported by two others; their client service associate, Christy Lukity, who is committed to thoroughly addressing the needs and requests of our clients and Melissa Galm, a financial advisor who comes to the team with nearly 7 years of industry experience. Together, this well-rounded team is dedicated to delivering the highest level of financial guidance and personal, attentive service.
The McLean Steel Valley Investment Group has a client advisory board made up of 10 well-respected individuals with a wide range of personal and professional experience who meet on a quarterly basis to help the group refine its financial practice and further enhance the client experience.
By hearing the board’s input on the current financial environment, the team can learn how to best address the board members’ concerns and provide the guidance they seek. The McLean team also listens to the board’s opinions on topics such as events hosted by the team, future growth plans, website development, client communications and any areas where the team can make improvements.
