October 1st marks the start of a new fiscal year at Raymond James, and our branch is excited to announce several changes.
I have decided it is time to step down from my role as the office Branch Manager, and I am proud to announce that KELLY has taken over this position. As you know, Kelly has been my partner for over 10 years. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
professional, her skills and knowledge have been a driving force in the growth of our business. I am not leaving the team; I plan to continue to work with the same friends and clients I have for the past three decades. I am just taking on a different role.
As Kelly takes over as Branch Manager, and in light of the growth of our business, we have also added a new team member, Melissa Galm, to continue to meet your needs and service expectations. MELISSA comes to us with six years of financial services industry experience with Raymond James. Most recently, she worked as an Operations Manager in the Devon office. She holds a General Securities Representative license, a Life and Health Insurance license, and a General Securities Sales Supervisor license. While working with the McLean Group on the operational side for almost two years, she has decided to shift her focus and join the team in financial advising.
I strongly believe Melissa will fit well with our team and our clients. She was raised in a military household where she spent a good portion of her life in Washington State, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. More importantly, she shares our values and our vision of helping others understand their current financial situation and guiding them to plan for their futures. Melissa will work closely with our team to create the ultimate customer experience. We are all very excited to have her aboard.
In addition to the changes in personnel, we have also made some changes in our space. Next time you stop in, make sure you see our new arrangement.
I also want to highlight what has not changed.
First, don’t worry, CHRISTY isn’t going anywhere. She will continue to help us maintain the high level of service you have come to expect by providing timely, accurate and meaningful answers to your questions. While she ensures your needs are her first priority, it is always done with a smile on her face. Don’t be afraid to reach out to her with any of your needs.
Additionally, since he was doing such a great job, we asked our summer intern, NICK, to stay on with us during his senior year at Muhlenberg College. If you have not yet done so, Nick and Melissa will be working together to complete our review of your pertinent information on file.
We continue to work collegially with the other team in our office. If a member of our team is unavailable, you can still have your questions and needs addressed in a timely manner. Please do utilize KATE MILLER, Client Service Associate and KATI LABUDA, VP Investments, as a resource should one of us be unavailable.
